Overview
Asset Finder intelligently uses keyword logic to determine the most optimum asset(s) for a user to use based on a given application. For example, with regards to logo usage this could relate to print vs. digital, colour vs. monochromatic, transparent vs. colour background and a plethora of other potential combinations. Using a question and answer tree, the module refines a users search to accurately serve the best solution for that given application.
The Asset Finder works by searching across all assets within the current brand that the user is actively on.
Permissions
To access Asset Finder, a user must be a registered user on the Brand Hub.
Admin level users have the ability to build and edit a question flow within Asset Finder whilst all other users permission levels have only the ability to use a Finder.
Accessing Asset Finder
For admin level users, the Asset Finder can be found within the 'Apps' menu. Please note, this menu item will not show within the apps menu if the client has not purchased the module.
For all other user permission levels, the Asset Finder is only available via direct URL navigation — there is no dashboard.
Dashboard
The dashboard is available to admin level users only.
From the Asset Finder dashboard, admin users have high level controls of each individual Finder.
- Copy link - on click, this will copy the Finder link to the users clipboard which can then be shared or used within pages as a navigation link. All registered users of the Brand Hub will have access and depending on their privilege rights will dictate what levels of access they'll have.
- Edit - on click, this will take the user through to the Finder page to edit.
Create a new Asset Finder

To create a new finder, follow the call to action '+ Add Finder'. You'll then be prompted to enter the name of the Finder. The save button appears on hover of the 'Editing Name' area.
Create a question

For each question, the user has the ability to use between and including two and twenty answers. There are no restrictions on how many questions you can create within a Finder. Please note, all fields within the question builder are mandatory.
Question
This is a text box field which will represent the main question asked by users for example, "What type of logo do you require?"
Description
This is a text box field to provide an additional information to the user to add extra clarity to the question. For example, "The logo is available as the full logo (symbol & Wynn Wellness wording) or just as the symbol (the W graphic)."
Answer
This is a text box field which will display to the user on the answer button option
Keywords
This is a search field, with single selection option, of Brand Hub keywords.
As the user types in the search field, a list of closest matching keywords will appear for selection. If you don't have a suitable keyword to use, the question will not be able to be added
Links to
This is a dropdown field, and will list all questions in that specific Asset Finder. It is the only field, which whilst still required to create a functional Asset Finder, can be initially left blank — as when the first question is created, there isn't a following question to link to.
Save
To save the question, the user will need to select the 'Save' option in the 'Edit question' title banner.
Edit a question

To edit a question, select the 'Edit' with the pencil icon in the top right-hand side of the question banner. When editing a question the user has the option to add, amend or delete information from all fields. Please note, the question will need to be saved after editing.
Preview the Asset Finder

At some point during the build process the admin user may wish to preview how the Asset Finder will behave to standard users. To do this, scroll to the top of the Asset Finder and select 'Go to finder'. This will open a new tab where you will be able to run through the process and its content as a standard user.
Delete Asset Finder
