Upload
As we upload an asset, the BrandHub uses artificial intelligence to 'read' the file, and understand the asset’s content & context.
The BrandHub will then cross reference the tags & description generated by the AI to deliver accurate smart-tags & asset captions.

Where tags appear
Primarily, tags will appear on the asset details page, beneath the asset's keywords, but differentiated by design.
Permissions
Only admin level users have the permission to add, edit or delete tags from assets.
How to edit tags
Should a tag not be suitable for the asset (in this case ‘skating’ wasn’t quite right), you can easily amend the attributed tags via a checkbox (check & uncheck) and clicking save. By design, this doesn't 'delete' the attributed tag, it'll just remove it from the asset.
How to add and remove a custom tag
To ensure accuracy and flexibility, easily add your own custom tags to the asset, if on the occasion it wasn't picked up by the AI. In this example, ‘running’ was added as a tag. If you want to remove the custom tag from the asset, simply click the red 'trash' icon which will delete the custom tag from the asset.
How tags are used
Tags will be available across the BrandHub as asset metadata for users to search or filter against.
Tags have platform-wide search functionality creating a seamless user journey. Below, the asset with the custom tag ‘running’ appears in Global Search results just moments after the tag was created.
The search associated to tags has been developed so that each client can specify their own weighting dependent upon their individual requirements. This setting works in relation to the other existing search weightings.
Clicking on a particular tag will search the Asset Library for that term.
